Mike Ribera
Founder / Master Helper
Raised in a family of builders, Mike Ribera mastered the art of construction from a young age under the guidance of his father. After becoming a licensed contractor on the East Coast, he returned to Oregon, where he married and settled in Bend. Mike's blend of hands-on experience and leadership skills were honed through diverse roles, including managing operations at Camp Cascade and serving as a Builder Account Manager for Paulson's.
His personal commitment to building shines through in the transformative remodel of his own home, tailored to the needs of his son with cerebral palsy. Today, as the leader of Noble Construct, Mike ensures each project combines craftsmanship and care, making Noble Construct the trusted partner for your home remodeling dreams.
Zeke Fields
General Manager
With roots in the farming communities near Albany, Oregon, Zeke grew up on the mission fields of Mongolia, where he developed an early appreciation for hard work, resilience, and community. After his family returned to Oregon and settled in Redmond, he began building his career in the Central Oregon construction industry.
Zeke started working for a general contractor building homes in communities like Eagle Crest and Aspen Lakes, where he developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the discipline required to deliver quality work.
Today, as General Manager at Noble Construct, Zeke works closely with clients from the first conversation through the completion of their project. With a growing family—and a son with Spina Bifida—he understands how important a home is and believes construction projects should feel organized, transparent, and stress-free for homeowners.
